We won’t try to fool you with fancy chemicals or abracadabra additives Instead, we make our food by hand throughout the day in our shop kitchens, using everyday ingredients that you’d find in your pantry at home. If we run out, we run out. There’ll be more tomorrow.

Very poor experience at Pret Coffee, Aerocity. While I was paying my bill, the staff member named Amrita was busy using her phone instead of attending to the customer. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. As a customer, I expect attention and respect, especially during billing. This kind of careless behavior reflects badly on the brand. I am extremely disappointed with the service and do not expect this from Pret. Definitely needs better staff training and supervision.
